Cook up something special in Phoenixville
When choosing between making dinner from scratch at home or enjoying a gourmet meal prepared by an expert chef, many of us opt for the latter. At Phoenixville’s Majolica, though, you and your date can enjoy the best of both worlds. Every month, Chef Andrew Deery opens his kitchen to small groups of diners offering what he calls “edible education focused around approachable foods.” Deery’s demos each focus on a different aspect of cooking, from knife skills to matching flavors to plating presentation. At the end of the night, attendees are rewarded with a four-course meal that demonstrates how they can put their new knowledge into practice. After a class at Majolica, you may want to plan your next date in your own kitchen. Learn more.
