The quintessential American small town.

Doylestown Borough is the commercial, governmental, and cultural center of bucolic Bucks County. While rich in history, it remains a living, working community, mixing modern amenities with a past that is preserved and celebrated.

The prosperity of the late 20th Century, in conjunction with the rediscovery of traditional small towns as high quality places to live, has allowed Doylestown Borough to realize a renaissance of its downtown and an increased appreciation for its architectural heritage and easy way of life.

The Borough itself is only 2.5 square miles. Excellent sidewalks, public transportation, and a growing number of hike and bike trails make it easy to get around.
