The region's finest cultural festivals and attractions can be found in Bristol.

Bristol Borough is a great walking town. Park the car and bring the dog, strollers, bikes, or just your shoes and stroll the four-mile Spurline Park that winds through our neighborhoods, parks, woodlands, playgrounds, and canals. Peruse the shops and eateries and get that old main street feeling right out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Enjoy the Grundy Museum, performances at the Theater Arts Center Children’s Theater, events at the cutting-edge Grundy Library, or hike the trails at the Silver Lake Nature Center. Watch a wide variety of birds follow the flight path along the Delaware, including bald eagles and osprey.

For a great night out, make a reservation at one of the local restaurants, followed by a short walk to the Bristol Riverside Theater to enjoy a production at this cultural institution that has garnered respect and awards during its 22 years of operation.

Out-of-towners can bring the kids ice skating or catch a hockey game at one of two Olympic sized rinks. Or take part in the activity teeming on the banks of the Delaware. Fishing enthusiasts can drop their lines in off the covered wharf, and water enthusiasts can load in their canoes or kayaks. Those who wish to just relax can grab an ice cream, gelato, or coffee and stroll along the rocky banks of the Delaware and take in the idyllic view for as far as the eye can see.

For a more family friendly evening out, bring the coolers and lawn chairs to Waterfront Park on Sundays in the summer and take in a free concert. Bristol Borough hosts some of the best festivals in the region and a multitude of events throughout the year that are fun for the whole family.
