Historic Germantown
Historic Germantown is a consortium of fifteen historical sites located in this storied neighborhood. Germantown is where Philadelphia’s only Revolutionary War was fought; where the first American protest against slavery was written; where one of the few remaining houses on the Underground Railroad still stands; and where the story of every kind of freedom is told in uniquely personal terms.
