Bordentown City Receives Sustainable Jersey Awards

Sustainable Jersey recently awarded the Bordentown City Green Team a Silver Certification, recognizing Bordentown City as a state wide and national leader in sustainability efforts. Of New Jersey’s 565 municipalities, only 12 have received Sustainable Jersey Silver Certifications. Bordentown City also won the Sustainability Champion Award for Small Municipalities (under 5,000 residents), which is awarded to the municipality that scored the most points in the Sustainable Jersey certification program in its population category.
