Weekly Wednesday evening meditation classes at Wellness in Harmony are open to everyone with the desire to meditate. All levels of experience welcome. There are many methods of meditation our classes offer a variety of meditation experiences to support your spiritual journey. You will be guided through meditative journeys, breath meditations, healing exercises, relaxation meditations and other forms of meditation during these classes.
Each class is about 30 to 45 minutes long.
$5 per person.
